First Chakra

The first chakra embodies support, grounding, and strength. It has a unique connection to the earth. If we have "gone out too far", our first chakra tethers us back in a very gentle fashion.  Money and security are rooted here. It connects to orderliness, keeping the home neat and clean.  A healthy first chakra will resist messes and will effort to get everything cleaned up. As the seat of protector energy, it can signal the possible danger.  This chakra aspect likes to be available and enjoys relaxation.
